Ayanna is a keyboard for Mac, iPhone and iPad, made by Mechatrack (Private) Limited of Sri Lanka (“we”). By installing or using Ayanna you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t install or use it.
Ayanna is free. You may install it on any devices you own or control and use it for personal or work purposes.
Ayanna, its name, icon, design and word lists belong to us. You may not sell, rent or charge for Ayanna, pass off a copy as your own, or change it and share the changed copy.
Ayanna collects nothing: what you type stays on your device. Our privacy policy at ayanna.lk/privacy explains exactly what Ayanna keeps on your device and why.
You are responsible for what you write with Ayanna. Ayanna turns Singlish into Sinhala and suggests words, but it can choose a different spelling or word from the one you meant, so please check important text before you send it.
Ayanna’s word suggestions are built from FineWeb-2, shared under the ODC-By 1.0 licence.
Ayanna is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work to make it reliable, but we don’t promise that it will be free of errors, work in every app or on every device, or always be available.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, that comes from using Ayanna or not being able to use it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
We may update Ayanna, change these terms or stop offering Ayanna. When the terms change, ayanna.lk/terms will show the new terms and date, and using Ayanna after that means you accept them. You can stop using Ayanna at any time by removing it.
If you get Ayanna from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies too. Apple is not responsible for Ayanna or its support.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and its courts settle any dispute about them.
Questions about these terms can reach us through mechatrack.com.
